When I experienced betrayal, I had no one to talk with to so I held it in... but it was eating me up inside. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't think, I couldn't focus on work, I couldn't eat, and was exhausted. So I started walking at all times of the day just to try and silence the voice in my head that replaying all the scenarios in my head and I kept asking - Why me? It was pure misery until I myself spoke with a coach who listened to me and helped me recover.
I was able to come through the experience stronger and go out and find happiness again. In the end, that is what we want right?
