My Experience

I am healthcare executive and Navy Veteran with over 25 years of leadership experience.  I have held more coaching conversations than I can remember, and I have helped countless staff members grow their careers.  

I craft my approach and communication style to each individual to ensure understanding and engagement.  I have kids of my own which has helped me understand how to effectively communicate with the younger generation.

My experiences in my career and my bachelors and MBA education have provided me with the ability to guide young adults to success in life and career.  

I hold my clients accountable; I push them towards their potential and help them overcome challenges and barriers.  

Although I push them towards success and independence, I also teach them the skills to use so they can hold themselves accountable and navigate challenges and barriers themselves.  After all, that is a coach does right?  Teach them the skills they need to become the best version of themselves.
